61G3-16.0051. Domestic Endorsement

Effective on Thursday, December 24, 2020

1The Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall issue a license by endorsement to a person who:

18(1) Makes application and pays to the Department the fee specified in Rule 3161G3-20.002, 32F.A.C.;

33(2) Demonstrates the applicant has completed a board approved HIV/AIDS course; and

45(3) Demonstrates the applicant holds a current active license to practice barbering in another state.
