61G4-18.006. Course Syllabus

Effective on Thursday, December 2, 1993

1(1) Each course shall have a course syllabus which will specify the name of the course, the number of the course assigned by the board, the name and address of the course provider and a description or outline of the contents of the course.

45(2) Each person who registers for a course must be given the course syllabus prior to the beginning of the course. The syllabus may be distributed when the person registers their attendance at the course.
