61G5-17.008. Probable Cause Determination

Effective on Sunday, November 2, 1980

1The determination as to whether probable cause exists to believe that a violation of the provisions of Chapter 455 or 477, F.S., or of the rules promulgated thereunder has occurred, shall be made by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
