61G5-24.017. Inactive Status License and Specialty Registration Fees

Effective on Thursday, February 4, 2016

1(1) The fee for renewal of an inactive license shall be forty dollars ($40.00).

15(2) The fee for renewal of an inactive registration shall be forty dollars ($40.00).
