61G7-5.007. Null and Void Status

Effective on Tuesday, May 4, 2021

1The null and void status licensee who applies for active status shall apply to the Department anew by submitting a completed application as set forth in Rule 2861G7-5.001, 29F.A.C., with appropriate fees as if this were a first-time application.
