61H1-30.010. Active License

Effective on Tuesday, April 26, 2022

1A licensee may practice in the profession of certified public accounting, pursuant to Section 15455.271(1), F.S., 17only if the license of the licensee is active. To maintain a current active license, a licensee is required to pay applicable fees pursuant to Chapter 61H1-31, F.A.C. Individual licensees shall also comply with the continuing professional education (CPE) criteria regarding license renewals.
