61H1-38.006. Terms for Council Members

Effective on Wednesday, September 22, 1999

1Initial terms will be phased in by appointing two (2) members for a two (2) year term to expire December 31, 2000, and two (2) members to a three (3) year term to expire December 31, 2001. Thereafter all terms will be three (3) years except for the Board Member who shall be appointed annually by the Board Chair.
