61J1-11. Definitions |
61J1-11.001. Definitions
1(1) “Address of record” means the mailing address of the appraisal management company.
14(2) 15“Authorized representative” means 18any person who possesses the authority, directly or indirectly, to direct the management or policies of the appraisal management company, whether through ownership, by contract, or otherwise, as provided in Section 49475.6235(2)(f), F.S.
51(3) “Real estate related financial transaction” means any transaction involving:
61(a) the sale, lease, purchase, investment in or exchange of real property, including interests in property or the financing thereof;
81(b) the refinancing of real property or interests in real property; and
93(c) the use of real property or interests in property as security for a loan or investment, including mortgage-backed securities.
