61J1-2. Registration Details And Fee Structure |
1Upon written request, a refund of fees will be made under the following circumstances and in the following amounts:
20(1) The Board shall refund to the applicant, or the applicant’s beneficiary, any portion of the application fee not expended in processing the application. The applicant’s application shall be considered null and void upon payment of the refunded amount.
59(2) Any fees accepted or collected in error or in excess of that required shall be refunded.
76(3) In the event a registered trainee, licensee or certificate holder dies prior to the effective date of a renewal period, the full amount of the fee collected for the renewal of the registration, license or certificate shall be refunded to the beneficiary.
