61J2-1. Registration Details And Fee Structure |
1(1) No later than the end of September of each year the Commission shall review the fees in Rule 2061J2-1.011, 21Florida Administrative Code, to ensure the fees are adequate to cover all anticipated costs and to maintain a reasonable cash balance as required in Section 46455.219(1), 47Florida Statutes, and defined in Rule 5361-5.002, 54Florida Administrative Code.
57(2) If it is determined the fees are not adequate to cover all anticipated costs and to maintain a reasonable cash balance then an increase in the appropriate fee(s) will be proposed or, in the alternative, a one-time fee pursuant to Section 99455.219(2), 100Florida Statutes, will be assessed.
105(3) If it is determined that there will be an amount in excess of the required reasonable cash balance, then the appropriate decrease in the fee(s) will be proposed.
