61J2-20.051. Authorized Signatures on Final Orders

Effective on Monday, June 28, 1993

1A Final Order of the Commission may be signed by either the chairperson or vice chairperson of the Commission or the Division Director. Serving on a probable cause panel does not preclude the chairperson or the vice chairperson from signing a Final Order of the Commission.
