61J2-4.009. Incorporation by Reference

Effective on Tuesday, July 20, 1993

1All of the provisions and requirements of Rules 961J2-5.014 10through 1161J2-5.018, 12F.A.C. shall apply to partnerships and its partners so far as they may be made applicable by reading into them “partnership” for “corporation” and “partners” for “officers” or “directors.”
