61J2-5.012. Domestic Corporations

Effective on Tuesday, January 1, 1980

1Before initial registration is granted, proof must be furnished of legal corporate existence. Before renewal registration is granted, the Commission may require proof of legal corporate existence. Proof may be by letter from the Secretary of State or by certification.
