61J2-5.017. Registration of Inactive Officers and Directors

Effective on Monday, June 28, 1993

1Individual applications for renewal shall not be required of inactive officers and directors of a corporation. Registration shall be maintained upon the representations contained in the application or request for renewal by the corporation.
