61N-2.019. Application for Restricted Prescription Drug Distributor – Charitable Organization Permit

A Restricted Prescription Drug Distributor – Charitable Organization Permit is required  for a charitable organization to authorize the possession or transfer of prescription drugs, including prescription drug samples, as set forth in rule 61N-1.023(1), F.A.C.
