62-11.002. Threatened and Endangered Fish Species

Effective on Tuesday, February 16, 1993

1The values for the threatened and endangered fish species, as listed in Rules 3915‑1627.003 and 3919‑2027.004, F.A.C., shall be assessed at a minimum value of $10,000 per fish for endangered species and at a minimum value of $5,000 per fish for threatened species.
