1Laboratory and field documents signed with an electronic signature are acceptable as written signatures when:
16(1) The integrity of the electronic signature can be assured;
26(2) The signature is unique to the individual;
34(3) The organization using electronic signatures has written policies for the generation and use of electronic signatures; and
52(4) The organization using electronic signatures has written procedures for ensuring the security, 65confidentiality, integrity and auditability of each signature.
