62-303. Identification Of Impaired Surface Waters |
1A Class I, I-Treated, II, III, or III-Limited water shall be placed on the Planning List for assessment of aquatic life use support (propagation and maintenance of a healthy, well-balanced population of fish and wildlife) if, based on sufficient quality and quantity of data, the waterbody:
47(1) Exceeds applicable aquatic life-based thresholds as outlined in Rule 5762-303.320, 58F.A.C.;
59(2) Does not meet Biological Health Assessment thresholds for its waterbody type as outlined in Rule 7562-303.330, 76F.A.C., or
78(3) Exceeds nutrient impairment thresholds or numeric nutrient standards as outlined in Rules 9162-303.350 92through 9362-303.354, 94F.A.C.
