1(1) General permits authorize activities 6that, if conducted consistent with the permit requirements, will cause 16minimal 17individual and cumulative adverse 21impacts to the water resources of the Agencies. Mitigation is neither necessary nor required 35to offset those impacts except when provided 42for in the general permit. Persons using a general permit 52must comply with the notice requirements of Rule 6062-330.402, 61F.A.C., the 63general conditions in Rule 6762-330.405, 68F.A.C., and all of the 73terms, conditions, and limitations of the specific general permit82.
83(2) 84T85he general permit in Section 90403.814(12), F.S., 92is not a general permit under this chapter and does not require submittal of the notice specified in Rule 11162-330.402(1), 112F.A.C113.
114(3) General permits that apply to municipalities are also for use by agencies of the United States Department of Defense.
