62-331.090. Duration of Permits

  • 1Unless revoked or otherwise modified, the duration of a permit under this chapter is:

    15(1) General permits shall be effective for a fixed term not to exceed five years as provided in subsection 62-331.200(5), F.A.C.

    36(2) The duration of individual permits shall be specified in each permit and shall not exceed the maximum timeframe allowable under federal law and reasonably necessary to complete the project.
