1(1) This general permit authorizes the placement of fill material such as concrete, sand, rock, etc., into tightly sealed forms or cells where the material will be used as a structural member for standard pile supported structures, such as bridges, transmission line footings, and walkways, including the excavation of bottom material from within the form prior to the placement of concrete, sand, rock, etc.
65(2) This general permit does not authorize filled structural members that would support buildings, building pads, homes, house pads, parking areas, storage areas and other such structures.
