62-40.470. Natural Systems Protection and Management

Effective on Saturday, May 7, 2005

1Programs, plans, and rules to accomplish natural systems protection and management shall include rules to address adverse cumulative impacts, the establishment of minimum flows and levels (Rule 2862-40.473, 29F.A.C.) and may include reservations and other protection measures for surface water resources (Rules 4362-40.425, 4462-40.430, 45and 4662-40.431, 47F.A.C.).
