62-524.600. Water Quality Testing for New Potable Water Well Delineated Areas

Effective on Thursday, May 6, 1993

1(1) New potable water wells shall be tested using methods as specified in Rule 1562-524.420, 16F.A.C., for the presence in the untreated water of the ground water contamination which resulted in the delineation.

34(2) The Department shall accept only test results obtained from water samples collected and analyzed by the Department of Health. The well construction permit applicant shall be responsible for the cost of sample collection, shipping, and analysis.
