62-528.601. Federal Regulations Applicable to Class V Wells

Effective on Wednesday, November 20, 2002

1(1) The federal regulations at 640 C.F.R. 144.88 9(2000) are herein adopted by reference.

15(2) For more information on Class V wells under the federal program, see 2840 C.F.R. 144.80 31through 3240 C.F.R. 144.83 35(2000), 3640 C.F.R. 144.85 39(2000), 4040 C.F.R. 144.87 43(2000), and 4540 C.F.R. 144.89 48(2000).

49(3) For the purposes of this Rule 5662-528.601, 57F.A.C., only and its applicability to Group 8 motor vehicle waste disposal wells, the entire state is a ground water protection area.
