62-528. Underground Injection Control |
1(1) A general permit is hereby granted for construction of a swimming pool drainage well that has been designed in accordance with the standards and criteria set forth in Rule 3162-528.605, 32F.A.C., provided that notice to the Department under subsection 4162-4.530(1), 42F.A.C., is submitted on Form 4762-528.900(9).
48(2) This general permit is subject to the general conditions of Rule 6062-4.540, 61F.A.C., and the condition that within thirty days after completion of construction, the permittee or his engineer of record shall certify to the Department that the permitted construction is complete and that it was done in accordance with the plans submitted to the Department.
105(3) Subsections 10762-528.630(3) 108through (6), F.A.C., apply to swimming pool drainage wells operating under a general permit.
