6(1) The requirements contained in 1140 C.F.R. Part 141, 15Subpart Y (Sections 141.851 through 141.861), revised as of July 1, 2014 (28http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-0560530),* are adopted and incorporated herein by reference and are enforceable under this rule, except 4640 C.F.R. §§141.855(c) 49through (f) are not adopted or incorporated in this rule. 59This introductory text shall be effective on July 7, 2015.
69(2) In addition to the public notification requirements in Rules 7962-560.400, 8062-560.410, 8162-560.430, 82and 8362-560.440, 84F.A.C., the following public notification requirements are adopted and incorporated herein by reference and are enforceable under this rule:
103(a) The Tier 1 public notice requirements in 11140 C.F.R. §141.202, 114revised as of July 1, 2015 (121http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07215123), pertaining to a violation of the MCL for 132E. coli 134as specified in paragraph 13862-550.310(5)(d), 139F.A.C. A system is in compliance with the MCL for 149E. coli 151for samples taken under the provisions of 15840 C.F.R. Part 141, 162Subpart Y, which is incorporated by reference in Rule 17162-550.830, 172F.A.C., unless any of the conditions specified in paragraph 18162-550.310(5)(d), 182F.A.C., occur.
184(b) In the July 1, 2015, edition of 19240 C.F.R. §141.203(b)(2) 195(196http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07217198), the requirement that the Department shall not approve a repeat frequency of less often than every three months for an MCL or treatment technique violation under the Total Coliform Rule or Subpart Y of 23340 C.F.R. Part 141 237(which is incorporated by reference in subsection 24462-550.830(1), 245F.A.C.)
246(c) In the July 1, 2015, edition of 25440 C.F.R. §141.204 257(258http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07221260), the Tier 3 public notice requirements pertaining to reporting and recordkeeping violations under 27440 C.F.R §141.861 277(July 1, 2014), which is incorporated by reference in subsection 28762-550.830(1), 288F.A.C.
