62-560.700. Corrective Action for Public Water Systems

Effective on Sunday, July 4, 1993

1(1) The Department may order the supplier of water to take corrective action needed to meet any of the requirements in Chapters 62-550, 62-555 and 62-560, F.A.C.

28(2) The procedures in Rule 3362-110.106, 34F.A.C., shall apply to administrative enforcement actions taken pursuant to subsection (1) above.
