62-600.120. Exemptions

Effective on Monday, February 8, 2016

1(1) Onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems 8regulated by DOH are exempted from the requirements of this chapter. DOH regulates onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems in accordance with Section 31381.0065, F.S.

33(2) Additional relief from the criteria established by this chapter may be provided through an exemption, pursuant to Rule 5262-4.243, 53F.A.C., or a variance, pursuant to 59Sections 60403.201 61and 62120.542, F.S64.
