62-600. Domestic Wastewater Facilities |
1Except as specifically required by other Department rules or Florida Statutes, all domestic wastewater facilities shall provide, at a minimum, secondary treatment of wa25stewater prior to reuse or disposal. Secondary treatment requirements are specified below:
37(1) Surface water disposal (excluding discharges to open ocean outfalls, but including discharges to Class III coastal waters)

581. The annual average shall not exceed 20.0 mg/L,
672. The monthly average shall not exceed 25.0 mg/L,
763. The weekly average shall not exceed 40.0 mg/L,
854. The maximum-permissible concentration in any single sample shall not exceed 60.0 mg/L; and,
995. The monthly average percent removal shall not be less than 85%.
111(b) Total Suspended Solids
1151. The annual average shall not exceed 20.0 mg/L,
1242. The monthly average shall not exceed 30.0 mg/L,
1333. The weekly average shall not exceed 45.0 mg/L,
1424. The maximum-permissible concentration in any single sample shall not exceed 60.0 mg/L; and,
1565. The monthly average percent removal shall not be less than 85%.

289(3) Reuse, land application, or groundwater discharge (including underground injection, but excluding potable reuse projects).

393(4) Disinfection and pH control shall be provided in accordance with rules 40562-600.440 406and 40762-600.445, 408F.A.C.
