62-606.300. General Requirements

Effective on Sunday, April 4, 2010

1(1) 2The owner or operator of a gambling vessel registered under Rule 1362-606.400, 14F.A.C., shall designate and continuously maintain an agent for service of process as required by Sections 30376.25 31and 32607.0505, F.S.

34(2) 35Hazardous waste will be managed in accordance with Chapter 62-730, F.A.C.
