62-610. Reuse Of Reclaimed Water And Land Application |
1(1) System storage ponds shall not be required.
9(2) If system storage facilities are provided at the domestic wastewater treatment facility, the following requirements apply:
26(a) Except as provided in paragraph (b), below, requirements for design and operation of system storage facilities shall be as contained in Rule 4962-610.414, 50F.A.C.
51(b) If all requirements of Part III of this chapter are met, requirements for design and operation of system storage facilities shall be as contained in Rule 7862-610.464, 79F.A.C.
80(3) If system storage facilities are provided at the industrial facility, these storage facilities are subject to regulation under the facility’s industrial wastewater permit. These system storage facilities located at the industrial facility will not be regulated under Chapter 62-610, F.A.C.
