62-611.300. General Qualitative Design Criteria

Effective on Monday, November 27, 1989

1The discharge of reclaimed water to treatment or receiving wetlands shall:

12(1) Minimize channelized flow and maximize sheet flow in the wetland;

23(2) Minimize the loss or dissolution of sediments due to erosion or leaching; and

37(3) Not cause adverse effects on endangered or threatened species.
