62-817.011. Purchase Agreements

Effective on Thursday, July 7, 1994

1(1) The form of the final negotiated purchase shall be a written purchase agreement that is signed by the owner, the recipient and the Trust.

26(2) The Trust or recipient may prepare and use any form of purchase agreement approved by the Trust as meeting the intent of all applicable laws and this rule chapter.

56(3) The Trust shall develop a model standard purchase agreement that may be used by the party conducting the negotiations.

76(4) The party responsible for negotiations shall obtain all disclosures of beneficial interest required in Section 92286.23, F.S., 94before entering into a purchase agreement.
