  62B-26.012. Description of the Dade County Coastal Construction Control Line  

Effective on Tuesday, February 9, 1982

  • 1(1) There is hereby established, pursuant to Section 9161.053, 10Florida Statutes, the Dade County Coastal Construction Control Line. The legal description of said line is attached hereto.

    28(2) This rule shall take effect 20 days after filing with the Florida Department of State or on the date that it is duly recorded in the public records in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Dade County, Florida, together with each affected municipality, whichever is later.

    81(3) After this rule becomes effective, a permit to alter, excavate or construct on property seaward of the established control line is required from the Department.
