62D-5.053. Purpose

Effective on Monday, December 10, 1990

1The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), pursuant to Section 11375.075, F.S., 13is authorized to establish the Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program (FRDAP) to provide grants to qualified local governmental entities to acquire or develop land for public outdoor recreation purposes. The purpose of this part is to set forth procedures to govern the program.
