63J-1.001. Direct Suport Organization Functions and Bylaws

Effective on Thursday, May 17, 2007

1(1) The Direct Support Organization (DSO) of the department shall adopt bylaws.

13(2) Bylaw provisions shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
25(a) Description of the DSO, including name and purpose;

34(b) Structure and organization;

38(c) Prohibited activities;

41(d) Board of directors, officers and committees;

48(e) Meetings and quorum;

52(f) Staff assistance;

55(g) Fiscal procedure; and

59(h) Amendment of bylaws.
