63D-13.006. Non-Residential Facilities

1Nonresidential programs serve youth in the community who reside at home while receiving structured supervision and intervention services. The department provides nonresidential programs for youth on probation, conditional release (CR), and post-commitment probation (PCP), as well as those committed to a minimum-risk non-residential facility.
