63M-2.037. Education of Youth on Medications

Effective on Sunday, March 16, 2014

1(1) All youth who are prescribed medications shall receive instructions and education related to those medications.

17(2) Medication education for a youth by an on-site licensed health care professional shall be recorded in the Individual Health Care Record.
