63N-1.001. Purpose and Scope

1The Rule establishes the requirements for delivery of mental health, substance abuse and Developmental Disability services in Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) facilities and programs. The rule applies to Juvenile Assessment Centers, Detention Centers, residential commitment programs and day treatment programs operated by, or under contract with, the Department of Juvenile Justice.
