1(1) All youths shall be screened for Suicide Risk Factors during the initial intake process in a Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC) or Juvenile Probation Officer (JPO) Unit and upon admission to a Detention Center, residential commitment program or day treatment program in accordance with Rules 4663N-1.0092 47and 4863N-1.00921, 49F.A.C.
50(2) When suicide risk screening, collateral information or staff observations indicate the need for an Assessment of Suicide Risk, an Assessment of Suicide Risk shall be conducted in accordance with Rule 8163N-1.0093, 82F.A.C.
