63N-1.0103. Off-Site Crisis Assessments  


Effective on Sunday, March 16, 2014
  • 1(1) When a 4Crisis Assessment 6is conducted outside of the facility, documentation of the assessment shall be requested by the juvenile justice representative responsible for the youth during the off-site assessment.

    32(2) 33Upon the youth’s return from an off-site C41risis Assessment, 43the youth must be placed on Constant Supervision until a 53Mental Health Clinical Staff Person 58reviews the off-site assessment documents and determines the mental health status of the youth based on 74the off-site assessment findings and administration of a follow-up Mental Status Examination to the youth.
