64B11-4. Occupational Therapy Board - Standards Of Practice |
1(1) The determination as to whether probable cause exists to believe that a violation of the provisions of Chapters 456 and 468, F.S., Part III, and the rules promulgated pursuant thereto, has occurred shall be made by majority vote of the probable cause panel.
45(2) The probable cause panel shall be composed of two (2) members, one of which must be a current board member.
66(3) The probable cause panel members shall be selected by the Chairman of the Board. One (1) of the panel members shall be designated by the Chairman of the Board to serve as the presiding officer.
102(4) The probable cause panel shall meet at such times as called by the presiding officer of the panel.
