64B2-17.002. Unauthorized Practice

Chiropractors in Florida are expressly prohibited from treating any of the following diseases or conditions to wit: Cancer, Leukemia, Tuberculosis, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis, Anthrax, Diphtheria, Hansen’s Disease, Hookworm Disease, Malaria, Rabies, Typhoid Fever, AIDS, but, chiropractors may treat any and all other conditions as outlined in Chapter 460, Florida Statutes, which may accompany, or by coincidence be present with, any of those diseases expressly prohibited above.
