64B5-10.005. Inactive Status and Renewal of Inactive Status  


Effective on Sunday, May 20, 2001
  • 1(1) A licensee may elect at any time to place the license into inactive status by filing with the Department a completed application for inactive status as set forth in Section 32456.036, F.S., 34and the appropriate fees required by Rule Chapter 64B5-15, F.A.C. Active status licensees choosing inactive status at the time of license renewal must pay the fee for renewal of inactive license required by Rule 6864B5-15.008, 69F.A.C., any applicable delinquency fee as required by Rule 7864B5-15.011, 79F.A.C., and the Change of Status Processing fee required by Rule 9064B5-15.012, 91F.A.C. Active status licensees choosing inactive status at any time other than at the time of license renewal shall pay the change of status processing fee required by Rule 12064B5-15.012, 121F.A.C.

    122(2) Inactive licenses must be renewed biennially including payment of the renewal fee set forth in Rule 13964B5-15.008, 140F.A.C.

    141(3) An inactive license can be reactivated at any time provided the licensee meets the requirements of Rule 15964B5-10.007, 160F.A.C. Inactive status licensees choosing active status at the time of license renewal must pay the renewal fee required by Rule 18164B5-15.006, 182F.A.C., the reactivation fee as required by Rule 19064B5-15.009, 191F.A.C., any applicable delinquency fee as required by Rule 20064B5-15.011, 201F.A.C., and the change of status processing fee required by Rule 21264B5-15.012, 213F.A.C. Inactive status licensees choosing active status at any time other than at the time of license renewal shall pay the reactivation fee as required by Rule 24064B5-15.009, 241F.A.C., and the change of status processing fee required by Rule 25264B5-15.012, 253F.A.C.
