64B6-7.003. Time for Payment of Administrative Fines; Suspension for Failure to Pay

Effective on Monday, May 14, 1984

1In cases where the Board imposes an administrative fine for violation of Chapter 456 or 484, Part II, F.S., or the rules promulgated thereunder, the penalty shall be paid to the Department of Health within thirty (30) days of its imposition by order of the Board.
