64C-2.003. Redetermination of CMS Managed Care Plan Clinical Eligibility

Effective on Wednesday, December 11, 2019

1All CMS Managed Care Plan participants shall have their clinical eligibility for the CMS Managed Care Plan redetermined every three years.
