64B10-10. Organization |
1(1) For the purposes of Section 7456.011(4), F.S., 9the Board defines “other business involving the board” as,
18(a) All regularly scheduled meetings of Board committees, including the Continuing Education, Administrator-in-Training (AIT), Probable Cause, and Legislative committees;
37(b) Whenever a board member has been requested by the 47State Surgeon General 50or the Department staff to participate in a meeting;
59(c) Oral interviews with preceptor applicants under the provisions of the AIT rules (Chapter 64B10-16, F.A.C.);
75(d) Visits by Monitors to the facility where the AIT is training (up to two visits during the one-year program); and
96(e) Such visits with the Department of Health as necessary and authorized by the Board to fulfill the purposes of Chapter 468, Part II, F.S., in general and Section 125468.1685(8), F.S., 127in particular.
129(2) Meetings, interviews, or participation by telephone do not constitute other board business, for purposes of this rule.
147(3) Documentation of requests, authorizations, or notices for meetings under the terms of this rule shall be kept at the Board office.
