1The Board finds that mediation is an acceptable resolution of the following violations that are economic in nature or can be remedied by the licensee.

26(127) f29ailure to respond to a continuing education audit.

37(2) 38f39ailure to timely pay any assessed administrative fine or costs.

49(3) 50f51ailure to renew a license within 6 months of the renewal deadline.
