64B12-12.007. Inactive Status License

Effective on Thursday, June 25, 1998

1Any licensee may elect at the time of license renewal to place the license into inactive status by filing with the board a complete application for inactive status and paying the inactive status fee. For the purpose of this section, a complete application shall be a renewal form provided by the agency on which the licensee affirmatively elects inactive status.
