64B12-8.0165. Licenses of Spouses of Members of Armed Forces

Effective on Sunday, January 4, 1998

1A spouse of a member of the Armed Forces of the United States is exempt from licensure renewal requirements, but only in cases of absence from the state because of his or her spouse’s duties with the Armed Forces.
